We meet once a month to run together and talk about the physiological benefits of running barefoot or with feet that are minimally shod. We're open to anyone interested in learning about barefoot running and have had people of all proficiencies: novice, intermediate and well-versed. We stretch, run, teach and have an over-all enjoyable time being outdoors with other people in-and-around local parks.  Come spend some time with us at your opportunity.
